How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with email and a card. Full access to every endpoint for 14 days. Cancel before day 14 and you're not charged. After day 14 the plan is $199/month. No contract, cancel any time from the customer portal.
What counts as an API call?
One HTTP request to /resolve counts as one call. The bulk /resolve endpoint accepts up to 200 HTS per request and still counts as one call against your quota — that's the whole point of using it.
What happens if I exceed 100,000 calls?
We'll reach out before you hit it. We don't auto-overage-charge you out of nowhere. If you're consistently above the quota, we'll work out a higher-volume plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No exit fee, no retention call.
Do you bill via PO / invoice?
Card billing on the standard plan. PO and invoice billing are available for higher-volume teams — talk to us.
