How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with email and a card. Full access to every endpoint for 14 days. Cancel before day 14 and you're not charged. After day 14 you're billed for the plan you picked at signup. No contract, cancel any time from the customer portal.
What counts as an API call?
One HTTP request to /resolve counts as one call. The bulk /resolve endpoint accepts up to 200 HTS per request and still counts as one call against your quota — that's the whole point of using it.
What happens if I exceed 10,000 calls?
We'll reach out before you hit it. We don't auto-overage-charge you out of nowhere. If you're consistently above 10,000 a month, Pro is the next step up and you can switch yourself from the customer portal. Past Pro's ceiling, that's an Enterprise conversation and we'll scope volume and terms on a call.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No exit fee, no retention call.
Do you bill via PO / invoice?
Card billing on the standard plan. PO and invoice billing are available for higher-volume teams — talk to us.
